We are an outstanding team of detail oriented, hard working and ever improving Abatement, Restoration and Reconstruction professionals but we are also a group of people just trying to succeed everyday.

Don Moser, President

  • Mr. Moser has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, of which 20 years has been dedicated to the restoration field.
  • Oversees all of the company operations.
  • Nurtures relationships with many of the major insurance companies and has an outstanding rapport with them.
  • Is also involved in construction defects and litigation cases.
  • Holds licenses in B-General, ASM Abatement, DOSH, with Mold certifications.

Dave Hoag, Vice President

  • 20 years experience in the insurance industry Specializing in marketing and business development and client relations.
  • Heavy community service including: Kiwanis, Jr. City Council, Kids Konnected, Optimist, Inland Claims Association.
  • Instrumental in helping his previous company grow 50% over a 5 year span.
  • Strong interaction in training and developing employee's to work to their potential personally and with the company.
  • Former PGA Golf Professional.

David Moser, Estimator

  • David has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Is involved with sales and estimating as well as manages daily construction operations and project scheduling.
  • Holds several certifications in the Emergency Service and Mold Abatement divisions.

Mike Ashcroft

  • Mike has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Has been involved with commercial and residential projects throughout his career.
  • Has over 20 years of experience with the commercial and residential insurance industry.
  • Is one of All County's lead estimators in all facets of the company, as well as a participant with construction defects and litigation cases.
  • Is a well rounded component to All County Environmental, Inc.

Luis Soria, Director of Contents

  • 20 years experience in all aspects of business management, systems analysis, and accounting.
  • Solid insurance industry knowledge in the public adjuster’s field where he learned the do’s and don’ts of the restoration business.
  • Founder and former owner of a Restoration Company that specialized in contents recovery.
